Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 45 days of fulfillment.

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please submit a return request using the returns portal.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within forty-five (45) days of the fulfillment date. To receive a full refund, returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. If an item is damaged when it arrives, please submit a return request with a photo. Items with damage will be refunded. Items marked as "prebuy" or otherwise identified as being preordered and fulfilled at a later date are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

If the item qualifies for a return, you’ll be emailed a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and affix the return label to the outside of the package. When we receive the item, you will be notified via email when your return has been completed.       

Please note—if the item is not received by the warehouse within thirty (45) days from the time the return was approved, the item will no longer be eligible for an exchange or refund.  

Refund

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Payment from gift cards will be refunded as store credit.  Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
